Website Agreement
Welcome to NutriCounsel. By accessing nutricounsel.dk, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. This website is owned and operated by NutriCounsel, located at Vestergade 45, 2, 5000 Odense C, Denmark.
Users must be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent to browse our specialized dietary content or book a session. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the site signifies your acceptance of any changes made since your last visit.
Booking & Financial Terms
All online consultations booked through our platform are subject to availability. Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation email with technical instructions for our digital session.
- Payment: Fees for specialized dietary guidance must be paid in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide notice may result in the forfeiture of the session fee.
- Technical: Clients are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection for their online consultation.
